Who is responsible

Colosseum Sport is the data controller for this website and for the forms on it, on behalf of MIDAS 26 and Sports Tech Nation. Contact: info@sportstechnation.com.

What we collect and why

When you use a form on this site (interest, partner enquiry or call-for-talks proposal) we collect what you type: name, organisation and role, email address, your selections and your message or proposal. We use it to answer you, to manage passes, invitations, partnerships and the programme, and to send you updates about MIDAS 26 and Sports Tech Nation where you have agreed to that. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and our legitimate interest in running the event.

Where it goes

Forms are processed by Netlify, which hosts this site, and stored in its form dashboard. Submissions are read by the MIDAS organising team at Colosseum Sport and, for proposals, by the programme committee. We do not sell your data. We share it with event partners only where needed to deliver what you asked for, for example ticketing.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to run MIDAS 26 and follow up afterwards, and no longer than the next edition unless you ask us to keep in touch.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent, or object to our use of it at any time by writing to info@sportstechnation.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority.

Cookies and fonts

This site sets no tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends a request to Google when the page loads. Netlify records standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security.

Sports Tech Nation's own privacy policy applies to the summit: sportstechnation.com/policy.
