Colosseum Sport Ltd is the data controller for this website and for the forms on it, on behalf of MIDAS 26 and Sports Tech Nation. Contact: info@sportstechnation.com.
When you use a form on this site (interest, partner enquiry or abstract submission) we collect what you type: name, organisation and role, email address, your selections and your message or abstract. We use it to answer you, to manage passes, invitations, partnerships and the programme, and to send you updates about MIDAS 26 and Sports Tech Nation where you have agreed to that. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and our legitimate interest in running the event.
The abstract form also collects the presenting author's LinkedIn profile URL, the names and organisations of co-authors, and career stage. We use these only to review the abstract and to contact the author. If an abstract is accepted, its title and abstract may be published on the MIDAS website and channels.
Forms are processed by Netlify, which hosts this site, and stored in its form dashboard. Submissions are read by the MIDAS organising team at Colosseum Sport and, for abstracts, by the programme committee. We do not sell your data. We share it with event partners only where needed to deliver what you asked for, for example ticketing.
For as long as needed to run MIDAS 26 and follow up afterwards, and no longer than the next edition unless you ask us to keep in touch.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent, or object to our use of it at any time by writing to info@sportstechnation.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
