Speakers come from different worlds on purpose: researchers who can say what is actually new in computer vision, data and language models; performance and data staff from clubs and federations who know what survives a season; and the founders and investors who decide what gets built and bought. Each track hears all three, and the conversation between them is the point. Names are published here as they are confirmed, and the call for abstracts is open until 8 November 2026.
A keynote on skeleton tracking and performance vision, a second talk from research or club practice, and a fifteen-minute partner spotlight.
A keynote on club data architecture and language models, a second talk on club data and analytics, and the facilitated cross-track workshop for the whole room in the afternoon.
A keynote on the path from research to product to buyer, a second talk from a founder, buyer or investor, and startup spotlights of ten to fifteen minutes each.
A keynote on trust, fairness and interoperability at scale, and a closing talk on standards and regulation.
Speakers are confirmed by the programme committee from direct invitations and the call for abstracts. Names appear here as each one is confirmed.
MIDAS is a partnership first: the International Football Institute with Sports Tech Nation, TU Dublin, ThinkSport and EBAN Sports. We are proud that so many organisations and institutes have come together to build it. The programme committee below, from the host institute, a Bundesliga club, a university and Colosseum Sport, reads every abstract.
